Private AI in the EU

Some teams want to use AI models without sending data to public services. For them Pryvan provides privately operated AI in the EU, hosted and administered by us. If you prefer to run your own hardware, we help you buy and set it up.

  • Privately hosted AI in the EU: we run and administer the environment, set up access and keep it up to date.
  • Hardware for large models: we help you choose and buy servers and GPUs for frontier models and set them up with you.
  • Connection to your AI governance: the environment goes into your AI inventory and your acceptable use policy.

What a Pryvan audit is and is not

  • An independent readiness and gap audit of your internal AI governance.
  • Not an accredited ISO/IEC 42001 certification audit and not a conformity assessment.
  • Not legal advice. Individual legal questions should be clarified with a lawyer.
  • Our auditors and managers have personal qualifications verified by TÜV Rheinland (KI-Auditor:in / KI-Manager:in mit TÜV Rheinland geprüfter Qualifikation). The company Pryvan itself is not certified by TÜV Rheinland.

Pryvan also sells templates. If you use them, we say so in the report and assess how they are implemented in your company, not the templates themselves.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need an audit if we only use ChatGPT or Copilot?

The AI Quick Check is usually enough. It shows whether rules, inventory and responsibilities are sufficient.

Does the audit replace a certification?

No. It prepares you for one and shows gaps. An ISO/IEC 42001 certification is carried out by an accredited body.

What do you need from us?

A list of your AI tools, existing policies and two to three contacts. We cover the rest in the introductory call.

Do the prices apply in Austria and the EU?

Yes. All prices are net prices for businesses (B2B). VAT and travel costs depend on your location and are stated in advance.
